The Open Source Latency Testing Tool (OSLTT) is the best way to measure latency on everything from monitors, to mice and keyboards. It can measure audio latency for headphone and speaker testing, and can even be triggered via a 2 pin input! It's main features include:
Total system / click to photon / end to end latency measurement
On Display Latency 
In game latency
Mouse click / keboard keypress latency

TRS Microphone jack AND INCLUDED MICROPHONE

The units are hand built here in the UK and ship worldwide. I aim to build units in batches, with a 1-2 week lead time between ordering and your unit shipping.
