The products purchased through this site are sold AS IS, and barring any hardware faults are sold with no warranties or guarantees. For hardware faults, please get in touch via the Contact Form. For all other issues, please use the Contact Form or submit an Issue on the relevant GitHub repo (OSRTT or OSLTT). Barring hardware faults, shipped units are not elidable for cancellation, returns or refunds.
